A Complete Guide to Our E-Books: Which One Is Right for You?
Share
We publish 38 practical digital guides across four areas: parenting, health, relationships and travel. Every guide is a PDF delivered by email immediately after purchase, readable on any device, and yours permanently. This page explains what each category covers, who each guide is for, and how to pick the right one.

What makes these different
Three things, and they are the reason people come back for a second guide.
They lead with the answer. Every guide opens with the thing you actually came for, then explains the reasoning. Not fourteen paragraphs of preamble before the useful part.
They are honest about uncertainty. Where evidence is genuinely mixed, the guides say so instead of picking a side for the sake of a clean answer. Where something is well established, they say that too.
They are built to be read in fragments. Short scannable sections, on a phone, one-handed, at 3am. That is the actual reading situation for most of our audience, and the layout assumes it.

Parenting guides

Eighteen guides covering roughly the first three years. This is our largest category and the one most people arrive through.
If sleep is the problem — start with the Wake Windows & Nap Timing Guide if naps never land when they should. If a nap is falling apart, the Nap Transition Guide. If you want longer stretches but will not do cry-it-out, the Gentle Sleep Training Guide. In the first twelve weeks, Surviving the First 12 Weeks. All four sit in baby sleep guides.
If feeding is the problem — the Weaning Guide for starting solids, and the Baby Gut Health Guide for how first foods shape the microbiome. See feeding and weaning guides.
If you are worried about development — the Toddler Speech Delay Guide is the one people most often need. Also Baby First Year Milestones, the Baby Walkers Guide, and Baby Toys: Fewer Toys, Better Development. See baby development guides.
If the hard part is you, not the baby — Postpartum Recovery: Months 3 to 12, the Maternal Health Guide, and Leaving the House With a Baby. See postpartum guides.
Health guides

Eight guides for people managing their own health, written around mechanisms rather than protocols to follow blindly. If you understand why blood sugar crashes at 3pm, the advice stops feeling arbitrary and becomes something you can adapt.
| If this is the problem | Start here |
|---|---|
| Energy crashes and cravings | Blood Sugar Guide |
| Training stopped working after 40 | Menopause Strength Training Guide |
| Hair thinning, nothing helping | Hair Loss Guide |
| Anxiety you cannot think your way out of | Anxiety Guide: Body-First Techniques |
| Building muscle without animal protein | Plant-Based Muscle Guide |
| Protein target, tight budget | High-Protein Budget Guide |
| Never enough time to train | Short Workout Guide |
| Strong but stiff | Mobility Guide |
Relationship guides

Eight guides built around scripts and structured conversations rather than general advice about communicating better. Several are written to be read by both partners, with a section for each side of the pattern.
If the same fight keeps returning — the Anxious-Avoidant Guide. It is our most detailed guide and contains word-for-word de-escalation scripts for both partners.
If the problem is absence rather than conflict — Lonely in a Relationship, on emotional neglect and how to name it.
If you have drifted into logistics — the Couples Connection Guide or Couples Rituals.
If family is the pressure point — the In-Law Boundaries Guide.
If distance is the problem — the Long-Distance Relationship Guide.
If money is the problem — the Emotional Spending Guide, or the Financial Independence Guide for building autonomy.
Travel guides

Four planning systems rather than destination directories. They will not tell you where to eat; they will tell you the order to make decisions in so the trip stops stalling at the research stage.
- Trip Planning Guide — idea to booked itinerary
- Uncrowded Europe Guide — where to go when the famous places are overrun
- ADHD Travel Guide — planning built for an ADHD brain
- Flying With a Baby — ear pressure, seats, security, cabin bag
Try before you buy — four printables are free
These are completely free, ungated, and require no email address:
- Printable wake windows chart, 0–24 months
- Printable sleep regression chart, 4–24 months
- Room-by-room babyproofing checklist
- First foods and allergen introduction tracker
They will give you a fair sense of the tone and depth before spending anything.
Frequently asked questions
What format are the guides?
PDF, fully designed. They open on any phone, tablet, laptop or e-reader, and print cleanly on both A4 and US Letter.
How do I receive my download?
A download link is emailed to you immediately after checkout. There is no shipping and nothing physical arrives.
Can I read them on a Kindle?
Yes. PDFs can be transferred to a Kindle, though a tablet or phone generally gives a better reading experience for a designed layout.
Can I print them?
Yes, and several are designed to be. Checklists and charts print cleanly on A4 and US Letter.
Do I keep access permanently?
Yes. There is no subscription and no expiry. Save the file somewhere you will find it again.
Who writes them?
They are written and published by ARF Standard. Health and parenting guides cite primary sources where the topic requires it, and every guide carries a clear note that it is educational rather than a substitute for professional advice.
Are they medically reviewed?
Not currently. The guides are carefully researched and cite primary sources — AAP, NHS, NIAID, ACOG and peer-reviewed literature where relevant — and they are explicit about what they are not. For anything involving a diagnosis, medication or a clinical concern, speak to a qualified professional. The guides say so themselves.
What is the refund policy on a digital product?
See our refund policy. Because files are delivered instantly, we would rather you read the product page carefully first — each one includes an honest "who this guide is not for" section for exactly that reason.
Can I buy more than one?
Yes, and many people do — sleep and feeding together, or postpartum alongside newborn. Each is a separate download.
Not sure where to start?
Pick the problem that woke you up last night. That is almost always the right guide.

All guides are educational and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice. If you have a clinical concern, speak to a qualified professional.
