2. Notary Services
Our notary services are provided according to applicable notary laws and regulations.
Customers are responsible for providing:

We cannot notarize a document if:
- The signer does not have acceptable identification
- The signer is not physically or legally able to sign

3. Apostille Services
Our apostille service may include document review, preparation guidance, submission assistance, courier coordination, and communication with government offices or third-party agencies.
We do not control government processing times, approval decisions, mailing delays, document rejection, or foreign country acceptance requirements.
Customers are responsible for providing:
- Correct original or certified documents
- Accurate names, addresses, and contact details
- Required signatures, seals, notarizations, or certifications
- Any additional information requested by government agencies
Apostille processing may be delayed or rejected due to document errors, missing information, incorrect notarization, government backlog, shipping issues, or changes in agency requirements.
We are not responsible for delays caused by government offices, courier companies, third-party agencies, or customer-provided errors.
4. E-Books and Digital Products
E-books, PDFs, guides, templates, and other digital products are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
After purchase, customers receive access to the digital file through download, email, or another delivery method stated on the product page.
Digital products may not be:
- Resold
- Shared publicly
- Copied for commercial use
- Uploaded to other websites
- Distributed to others
- Claimed as your own work
All digital product content remains the intellectual property of ARF Standard, unless otherwise stated.

7. Order Accuracy

Missed appointments may be treated as a no-show and may not be eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, staff availability, legal restrictions, safety concerns, or other business reasons.
9. Refunds and Cancellations

In general:
- Completed notary services are non-refundable.
- Apostille service fees may be non-refundable once processing has started.
- Government fees, courier fees, and third-party fees are non-refundable once paid.
- E-books and digital products are final sale once delivered or accessed.

10. Shipping and Delivery
For apostille or document-related services, shipping may be required.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered packages caused by courier companies, postal services, incorrect addresses, weather, customs, government delays, or other events outside our control.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the shipping service has been used or purchased.
11. Digital Delivery
Digital products are usually delivered by email, download link, customer account access, or another digital method.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout.
If you do not receive your digital product, please contact us at arfstandard@gmail.com with your order number.
We may resend the digital product if the purchase can be verified.

- An e-book will produce a specific personal, financial, legal, or business result
18. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers should contact us first at arfstandard@gmail.com before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.
False or fraudulent chargebacks may result in order cancellation, service refusal, account restriction, or collection of unpaid fees where allowed by law.
