1. General Refund Policy
All payments are reviewed based on the type of product or service purchased. Because we provide professional services and digital products, some payments may be non-refundable once work has started, documents have been processed, or digital products have been delivered.
By purchasing from our website, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Notary Services
Payments for notary services are generally non-refundable once the appointment has started or the notarization has been completed.
A refund may be considered only if:
- You cancel before the service begins.
- We are unable to provide the notary service due to an issue on our side.
- You were charged incorrectly.
- A duplicate payment was made.
Refunds will not be provided if:
- You fail to bring valid identification.
- Your document is incomplete or not ready.
- You miss your appointment.
- You provide incorrect information.
- You decide not to proceed after the notary has already begun reviewing or processing your documents.
3. Apostille Services
Apostille service fees are non-refundable once processing has started.
This includes preparation, document review, submission, handling, shipping coordination, or communication with government offices or third-party agencies.
Government fees, courier fees, shipping fees, and third-party processing fees are non-refundable once paid.
Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by:
- Government processing times.
- Courier or shipping delays.
- Incorrect or incomplete documents provided by the customer.
- Rejection due to document issues outside our control.
- Changes in government requirements.
If we make an error during the apostille process, we will work to correct the issue at no additional service charge or provide a fair refund depending on the situation.
4. E-Books and Digital Products
All e-book and digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or emailed.
Because digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind.
- Accidental purchase.
- Failure to read the product description.
- Compatibility issues with your device or software.
- Expecting different content after receiving the file.
A refund may be considered only if:
- You purchased the same e-book twice by mistake.
- You were charged incorrectly.
- The file was not delivered and we are unable to provide access.
- The digital file is defective and we cannot fix or replace it.
5. Cancellations
For notary or apostille services, cancellation requests must be made before the service begins.
If work has already started, we may not be able to issue a refund. In some cases, we may offer store credit or reschedule the service at our discretion.
6. No-Show Policy
If you miss a scheduled appointment without notice, the payment may be considered non-refundable.
A new appointment may require a new booking fee.
7. Incorrect Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, documents, names, addresses, and contact details.
We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
8. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
